![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The fine art of decorating, designing, cutting and sculpting natural shell eggshells has become my passion. Wrapping paper, gift cards, paint...both oils and acrylics...clay, miniatures, precious cloths and silks, laces, ribbons, beads, and now the computer and printer, are all used to create delightful pieces of art from the egg shell, along with the aid of my air drill. All manner of shells, from the very tiny finch egg to the very large ostrich egg are fair game to the eggshell artist. Only non-fertile, domestic eggs are used by the egg artist. I am in the process of re-photographing eggs that are still in my possession that haven't been sold or given to friends and family. I hope to obtain better detailed photograph as my skills with my Sony Mavica FD-95 digital camera progress. It's still very new to me.
