![]() At my egg club, there was a demonstration given on marking an egg for lattice or for spiral. This is my result of that. The "honey" on this lattice cut goose egg, is a mix of different colors of Gallery Glass. The purchased small bees are clay. The bee inside the egg that rotates around, is a quail egg that is finished with Swarovski crystals, with wings of Fimo clay, his face is unraveled bunka, and he sports a porcupine quill for stinger. The inhabitants on the base are a "mibbet" (rabbit), made with a pussywillow for the body and lettuce seeds for the ears. There's a clay turtle there, but I didn't make him. The flowers I did though. Most, including the iris is paper, while the ground cover is "sniglets" (ground and colored foam). ![]() ![]() ![]()
